Biography
Samuel Baidoo is an accomplished development practitioner, health sector leader, and Traditional Doctor with extensive experience in both international development and healthcare management. He previously served in many organizations, including the United Nations as a Senior Field Administrative Officer, where he contributed to initiatives advancing sustainable development, humanitarian response, and community resilience across Africa and beyond.
He is currently the Managing Director of Quantum Medical Centre, a leading health facility dedicated to delivering quality, affordable, and holistic healthcare services in Accra, Ghana. In this role, he provides strategic leadership, drives innovation in patient-centered care, and fosters partnerships with local and international stakeholders to improve health outcomes.
Besides his executive role, Samuel is also a Traditional Doctor and Health Researcher. deeply committed to integrating indigenous knowledge systems with modern medical practices. His work in health research focuses on promoting evidence-based approaches to traditional and alternative medicine, aiming to strengthen healthcare delivery and community well-being.
With a strong background in organizational leadership and health systems strengthening, Samuel combines his international exposure with local expertise to champion accessible healthcare, community wellness, and institutional growth. He is passionate about building resilient health systems, mentoring emerging leaders, and contributing to Ghana’s healthcare transformation agenda.
